Apartment in Quito

Our apartment in Quito is available to rent on a short term basis. The apartment is situated on the 7th floor  of a 8 floor building, which is centrally located in the zone of El Batan.  This  magnificent east ridge location gives the opportunity for the living room and bedroom to enjoy panoramic views to the east, south, and west of the city.

This is a great place to recharge your batteries before moving on in your tour of South America, or perhaps to spend a couple of weeks on an intensive Spanish language course.

The apartment has a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms (second bedroom has 2 single beds), and an open studio. Underground parking available.

The apartment is well equipped with fridge, electric range, microwave, and pretty well most things you might need to create a dinner party. In the living room there is the settee and a swivel chair, plus a dining area with table and chairs for up to four people. TV and internet is also available.
